Where everyone is an athlete…

Where do your intentions REALLY lie?

I’m guilty of this…

I say I really want to achieve something

I want to get into shape

I want to look more like a strength coach should look like so I can put to bed some of the comments I get from others

But…then I skip training sessions

And I lose discipline with my diet

And I don’t push myself when I do train

The list goes on

I say I want something…But my actions say otherwise!

I’m sure we all know someone like this…

They want to lose body fat… But they’re living on bad food

They want to build muscle… But they won’t use their time to train

They want to get over an injury… But they stop the rehab work as soon as the pain is bearable

It’s tough sometimes

We become overwhelmed and think the result we want it unrealistic

So we lose motivation

Boredom sets in quickly

Likewise, teaching can be fulfilling too as children are the future citizens of our country and it is the responsibility of the teachers to shape and mould cialis properien the personality and temperament of the students to the best of their abilities. And then we give up

But what if there was a way to overcome this?

What if you could set a goal and actually do the work required to achieve it?

Well guess what… THERE IS!

And it’s called ACCOUNTABILITY

And how do you get it I hear you ask?!?!

Well there’s two great ways of doing so:

1) Invest in getting your result so you have something making you feel obliged to do the work

(And we all know money does that very very well)

2) Share your targets and goals publicly so you feel obliged to do the work

(Because no one likes to fail)

And since I’ve done both of these things…

I’m on a roll!!!

I’m on track to hit my goals and I’m overcoming obstacles each week

If you want to know a bit more about how I use this kind of mindset coaching to get results
