Where everyone is an athlete…

Almost 21,000 miles…

I had one of those weeks last week where you seem to be constantly shelling out money

After my car failing it’s MOT because it had a bald tyre…

I managed sort out a lovely jubbly new one along with getting the wheel alignment sorted

(That’s another e-mail for another day)

And then I had to get a new windscreen because a stone decided to ruin my morning last Friday

But after all this hassle was over I finally got my lovely MOT passed certificate which showed me the mileage I’d done in the last 12 months…

Almost 21k miles! Crikey

So this led me to work out the following:

21,000 miles divided by 52 weeks divided by 7 days works out I’m doing about 58 miles a day

Look for buy generic cialis these things in a website selling prescription medicines and lifestyle changes. On average that’s me driving about 38mph so…

That’s about 1.5 hours of sitting in my car a day

Which accumulates to about 553 hours a year of sitting down in my car!!!

Now imagine if my job involved sitting down for around 8 hours a day…

And then I spent a few hours in the evening sitting down watching TV or something

It kind of highlights the need for keeping active in the time I do have available otherwise I lose my opportunity
