My next 30 days will mainly consist of…

I’m now into the last 30 days of working towards my 90 day goal alongside my clients who are also doing the same

My Programme for this month couldn’t be any simpler…

  • 3 sessions a week
  • Of 5 sets of 5 reps on each of these three exercises
  • With a 60s rest between each set


And that is that!
