What I’ve learnt from doing 3,000 push-ups
It might not seem a lot to you
But for me doing 100 push-ups a day for the last 30 days is a pretty big deal
This was the challenge the “I’m an Athlete” members have been working through since the end of November
For me push-ups are tough because I’m not the strongest especially in relation to my bodyweight

Secondly by shouting out what you’re going to do to a group of people you feel obliged to complete it
…Especially when I really couldn’t be assed to do my push-ups for the days I felt like I had to
And this my friend is why the “I’m an Athlete” training package works so well
The workouts are specific to the individual and their schedule
And because we’re in a group we’re like a family who support one another
But best of all…
This family is always growing because we’re open to new members
Do you fancy seeing what we’re all about?
