Where everyone is an athlete…

Are you a perfection seeker like me?

I was back up, live and doing my usual walking round in circles on the JBSC Facebook page this morning

But it was the first time I’d done one in over a week

(Even though my target has always been to get at least 2 up a week!)

But as you’ll have heard (because you did watch the video didn’t you?!?)

I often put off doing the videos because I am always seeking perfection

I’m always worried about what others might see or think

And that results in me not doing anything

And this is soooooo common for a lot of us when it comes to taking action on anything

It’s so easy to say “I’ll start on Monday” or “next month I’m going to start training and will start and diet both at the same time” or “I’ll start training when works has got less busy”

We seek the perfect moment when in fact the perfect moment generally never comes

We forget…

The extra cialis pills canada growth can cause damage inside and even cause some infections. That ACTION is better than SEEKING PERFECTION

And that something has to be done for a result to be achieved

Don’t worry I’m guilty of this too when it comes to training

The amount of times I’ve skipped sessions because I felt too tired or I felt because I didn’t have the “perfect” 2 hours available to train, anything less wouldn’t be adequate

I’m sure you can relate to all of this

But there is a way to change that

Get comfortable getting uncomfortable and get yourself down to my FREE taster week which starts on Monday!
