Your tips for sleeping to better health…

So here are a few basic things you should be doing already before we get too technical…

 

1) Make sure you have a nightime routine

 

2) Include in this routine something that relaxes you such as reading/meditation etc…

 

3) Reduce your exposure to artificial light in the evening (Particularly from things like phones and laptops which produce powerful blue light)

 

4) Get up earlier in the morning in order to train yourself to feel sleepy at night

 

5) Wake-up by getting some sunlight (or at least artificial night if needed) in your room

 

6) Sleep in a cool environment. Don’t make the mistake of letting yourself get too hot
