My first run as a 32 year old
Well…
It didn’t kill me
And even though my age-predicted maximum heart rate has dropped by one beat per minute
My heart didn’t explode either
So maybe I’m not a write-off just yet
And I’m pretty sure that is the case with you too
You see age isn’t really the issue when it comes to training
It’s your mindset
And if you’re not motivated by a specific goal of some sort like…
Dropping a dress size
or
Achieving a challenge
or
Something else that is dear to you
You’ll find it very hard to get started
