I’m good at s&c coaching…

But crap at painting!

However, I’ve been lumbered into tidying up someone’s flat for them so I’m doing something I hate

But it did bring something to my attention…

Before you paint a wall… you have to do your prep work

You can’t just go into it cold

You’ve got to clean the brush

You’ve got to stir the paint

You’ve got to sand the wall

This is like an athlete making sure they’ve got the correct training kit on and they’ve turned up to the session hydrated with a fuel energy tank

Next you’ve got to have good quality paint to apply to the wall…
