I’m smashing out the new programmes for the “I’m an Athlete” training gangsters

 

All of these fantastic people will be taken through their new sessions this week

 

Each programme comes with the exercise videos linked to them so they can follow their session from their smartphone

 

This means they simple turn up to their allocated session and everything is ready for them
