Well done to all of those who have just completed Term 2 of The Young Athletes Sessions at The Training Pod.
All of you have got stronger and have become better at performing your fundamental movements through completing your 6-week programme.
Next term we can progress you onto more advancedĀ strength and power training!!!
Term 3 starts on the week beginning 5th January 2015
Sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5-6pm (Full Term Dates Below)
The sessions, that cost Ā£9, consist of a coached session on a theme of athletic development such as:
- Linear Speed
- Movement Mechanics
- Power
- Agility
- Stability
