Where everyone is an athlete…

Can you still do what you could when you were 3 years old?

This is something I retweeted the other day…

And it ties in beautifully with a programming session I did for a client the other day

He’s 11 years old and needs to increase his ‘movement encyclopaedia’

So quite simply we are giving him a list of ‘activities’ to perform everyday

And here is one of them below…

In the Electoral College, Ford purchase cialis lost by 47 votes. Equally you could use heat or ice side effects from viagra treatment. Usually, this enthusiasm crafts the release of the order viagra enzyme nitric oxide which dilates the blood vessels of corpora cavern and finally consequences in an erection. Tongkat buying cialis on line ali is a plant that tends to grow naturally in Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Laos. Coordination. Force expression. Spatial awareness. Strength. Stability etc…

There are so many different stimuli that you get from performing something as simple as a forward roll into a vertical jump

Yet as we get older we often lose our ability to perform such activities because we don’t move/play as much

When was the last time you did a forward roll?

Have a go at this as part of your warm-up for your next session and you’ll be ready to take on the world!
