How I’ve transformed my productivity
I thought I’d share this with you Especially as I’ve just done it … I’m one of them people who has lists of to-do lists Literally my phone is full of different lists Work Research Training Films to watch list You name it… I have one! But my lists usually just grow and grow because I wasn’t getting anything done But that’s not been the case recently Every Sunday night I’m now picking the priorities out of my lists and actually putting them on my diary with a set date and time And this has totally changed my ability to get things done It’s been a game changer But don’t just ignore your health and fitness Schedule in your training sessions and your sleep and you’ll be a new person Maybe even pop 7:10pm into your diary on Monday to Fridays if you fancy and come and train with me and the Crawley WEEKDAY WARRIORS Joe ‘iCal’ Bullen |
