It’s because you’re not clear on where you are going with something
whether that’s health, business, fitness, or relationship related etc…

And that makes things a little bit confusing because of the lack of directionin terms of where to go

Now this confusion can lead to things being a little bit overwhelming
which results in you making up stories and/or excuses to avoid doing the work

Which ultimately is down to you not having a deep underlying WHY attached to your goal

This WHY should be the basis that drives the process of achieving your goal
