How to train on a (time) budget
This was what I had to do yesterday
And to be fair it’s what I’m going to be doing or the next 90-days
Based on my current fitness goals which I’ll share with you now…
I want to complete 60 training sessions in 90 days
A piece a piss for a coach I hear you say?
Well not if you’re lacking energy after getting up at 5am
Or you’re stressed out because of what’s going on with the family
Or you’re aching too much from your niggles and pains
Or you want to get out of the gym ASAP after coaching everyone towards their goals in there
etc…
We all have obstacles that we need to overcome
And they’re very personal
And the strategies we use to overcome those obstacles are very individual
But have you ever written your obstacles and strategies down?
To overcome my limited training time budget I’m smashing out little sessions often

And last night was one of them
It actually took me less than 20mins
But boy it’s done me some good
I felt worked
I felt strong
And I felt great
The quality of the session to outdid the quantity of it
But how do you know what to do in your sessions if you’re not an expert?
You get an expert in!
And funnily enough I’ve been in this coaching game for almost 10 years now
And I’ve certainly had some success in helping those in need
