Where everyone is an athlete…

I can’t sit down today

The good old day after a training session syndrome

My ass cheeks are killing me. It’s like they’re bruised!

It actually hurts so bad to even just squeeze my butt cheeks together

And whats embarrassing is I only did 4 sets of 5 reps on each leg doing this exercise…

It’s a favourite of mine but I’ve clearly left it a bit too long since I last did it

Hence, I’m aching like I am today

(But I know tomorrow will be even worse)

So the question is…

Should I train tomorrow when I’m going to be aching like hell?

Well the answer should be based on the following…

If one body part isn’t going to be up to it. Can you train another body part?

Or could you even train a different goal all together…
Sildenafil Citrate is categorized under the PDE5 inhibitor class drug that effectively treats impotency and control the tendency for some period in order to make men free from buy viagra pill the stressful feeling. levitra 60 mg check out description now Erectile dysfunction has all concerns with the erections during the sexual intercourse. i.e. instead of strength training could you do some fitness work?

Or even go for a lighter session all together…

i.e. focusing on mobility and stability exercises that aren’t very taxing at all on the aching muscles?

There are endless possibilities that will basically let me say…

“Yes. Today I did something that positively works towards my goals”

How about you?
