Where everyone is an athlete…

If I can do it. So can you

Me and the “I’m an Athlete’ training package members are coming to the end of our 30 day challenge

100 push-ups a day

For 30 days

Yes that’s a total of 3000 push-up (quick maths!)

It’s a lot

But to be fair 100 push-ups over the course of 24 hours isn’t as big of an ask as it might first seem

And the only thing that might hold you back is your mindset

“I don’t have any time during the day”

“I can only do a few at a time”

But realistically you can complete this challenge if you really put your mind to it

Here’s how we’ve been doing our push-ups

Nothing out of the normal apart from getting the chest, abdominals and hips to kiss the floor at the bottom

Me doing this with the group has certainly helped motivate me

After all aren’t I expected to lead by example?

How about you?

Could you complete this challenge?

Why do it alone when you could thrive off of a group like I have done?
