Where everyone is an athlete…

I’m messed up this week (big time)…

Daily e-mails were missed…

Facebook live videos weren’t broadcast…

Even my own training went down the pan!

But it was all my own doing… I AM THE ONE TO BLAME

Why?

I didn’t plan things properly

Yes I prioritised what’s most important to me… my family

Yes I gave them all of my time

Yes I made sure they were happy and had everything they needed

But because of my lack of preparation I sacrificed myself and my own training

…and this is one of the most common reasons I get from people for not sticking to training programmes and good healthy nutrition

I know I know… It’s really tough sometimes

But is it the end of the world?

I smashed my 30 day benchmark so I’ve got confidence in what I can do

And I’m starting my new training block tomorrow so I’m buzzing

But what about you?

Have you lost track of things after a slight blip?

Are you looking at things blame instead of learning from it and moving back onto where you were going?
