This week the Weekday Warriors who are members of the I’m an Athlete training package have been working on getting strong

 

And we’re doing it in a way that allows us to get a bit of a sweat on and improve our fitness

 

We’re doing a good old strength circuit like this…

 

A deadlift exercise variation for 5 repetitions

 

A vertical press exercise variation for 5 repetitions 

 

A vertical pull exercise variation for 5 repetitions

 

A horizontal push exercise for 5 repetitions
