I’ve been banging on a fair bit recently to my troops about the importance of good nutrition so they can get the best out of their training

 

I use the analogy of a car being filled up with watered-down crappy fuel isn’t going to run as well as a car that’s filled with premium fuel

 

And even more so if you’re not sufficiently nourished with good quality macronutrients and micronutrients…

 

Your cognitive function goes down the pan too!

 

So how do you think these school kids would get on with these packed lunches in the article linked below?

My nutritional interventions are slightly different to other coaches and trainers as I’m not one of those who makes eating restrictive
