Most diets don’t work after more than a few weeks

Why?

Because they aren’t sustainable!

Us humans are now animals of pleasure

We eat the foods we want to eat for satisfaction

Eating for survival is no longer the top priority for us!

So when a new fancy diet comes out which cuts out absolutely everything…

IT DOESN’T LAST!

It isn’t realistic to living!!!

Why?

Because when you have to put lots of thought into what you can and can’t eat…

It becomes a chore!

It becomes stressful!

It makes eating unenjoyable!

That’s why starting a new fancy diet (which is simply a rebranded way of cutting calorie intake) doesn’t last

If you are serious about getting healthy, fitter, in shape and generally a lot more satisfied with yourself…

There are two things you need to do:

1- Exercise. Train smart and train often. This is what improves your health. This is what makes you fitter. This is how you best lose body fat. This is what makes you happier and psychologically sound! (If you’re stuck with this… CLICK HERE I’m your man!)

2- Eat a balanced diet which is made up of VARIETY. Eat the good stuff. But, Treat yourself every now and again to the “not so” good stuff too in order to keep yourself sane.

This is realistic. This is sustainable. This is the easiest way to stop you falling off the wagon too!
