Where everyone is an athlete…

That’s the end of another week then…

But have you even thought about how you’re going to tackle the next one?

As you’ll have been getting more of a gist of me

I am getting some fantastic results in all areas of my life

by simply scheduling better than I ever have done before

It’s really helping me have an action plan for the days ahead

Yes there has to be some flexibility to it because all sorts of unexpected shit does come up

But generally if I can plan out the bare minimum of what I need to get done

I now seem to be getting it done!

Why?

Firstly, I have a clear deadline to work to

(i.e. my business stuff done by Friday)

And then secondly, I have a clear list of what I need to have done

(i.e. e-mail you about getting down to my sessions!)

So with this all in mind

I’m off to plan my week so I can get…
There are four types of insulin injections, short acting, long acting, rapid cialis properien check it right here now acting and intermediate acting. My fitness work done

My business (finance) work done

My family work down

My work for keeping me focused done

and my fun included in there

So I’m set-up for a bank holiday weekend without panicking

About all the stuff I didn’t have time to do… By making the time to do it
