I still can’t get over how strange this situation is

No one likes being told what to do or
being told what they can’t do, right?

It’s this thing of not being in control
.

But how about the things you can control?

You’ve had a couple of weeks of this
lockdown thing that’s going on
.

You’ve probably got a bit of a different
routine of your life going on (work,
shopping, socialising, exercise etc…)
.
.
But what could you do to make it that bit
better?
.
.
Or the big question I have for you is…

What are you planning on doing different this weekcompared to last week?
.
.
– Nutrition?
– Time-management?
– Sleep?
– Scheduling?
– Communication?
– Training?
– Learning new skills?
.
.
I know for me personally I need to do that
little bit better at sticking to my schedule
by making sure it’s a bit more realistic
.
.
I notoriously plan to do way too much and
end up getting hardly anything done
.
.
