I’m not just talking about when you go out for a family bike ride during your allocated hour of exercise during the lock down with your dog on the lead on the pavement and you in the middle of the road causing chaos

I’m not talking about jaywalking and how some of us have decided that traffic lights and crossing are irrelevant and you can just walk out into a main road either

I’m talking about the good old principles of getting fitter, stronger, faster and more powerful

.

.

.

You get FITTER by getting out of breath

.

.

.

You get STRONGER by picking up heavy stuff and putting it down

.

.

.

You get FASTER by giving it some and doing things as fast as possible

.

.

.

You get POWERFUL by moving weight with the intent to move it as quick as possible

.

.

.

And you get LEANER by creating a nice little calorie deficit

.

.

.

But you know all this stuff already, don’t you?
