Two quick and easy sessions to do at home with no equipment…

I threw these two sessions together for a friend who wanted me to give them some workouts to do whilst they were away from their gym

They’re made up of exercises they know and can do safely and competently without requiring any training equipment

An added bonus is this isn’t their usual style of training so it’s going to be a nice little test for them that might make them ache afterwards initially.

-Session 1 (5 reps/5 reps each side on each exercise as many rounds as possible for 12 mins):

  • Split Squat Jumps 
  • Push-Ups 
  • Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat 
  • Mountain Climbers 
  • Crawl From Quadruped

  • Burpees 
  • Single Leg Deadlifts 
  • Trunk Stability Rotation with Knees Extended 
  • Full-Depth Squats 
  • Reverse Lunges

These sessions will require a fair bit of muscular endurance…

They should get you sweating and definitely get the legs burning…

Make sure the exercise tempo is identical to the videos…
