We’re alive and kicking (literally!)
Hello to you all,
Apologies for the quiet few months. As most of you know I was away in the US attending the NSCA Annual Conference in Las Vegas.
This proved extremely beneficial for me. I met some great people, attended some really inspiring and informative lectures. I also picked up some great ideas and tips for some workouts and sessions. For those of you who follow me on Twitter and Facebook you’d have seen a few posts related to my trip.
But….
Now since I’ve been back things have really picked up.
I retained all of my clients even though I was away for almost a month. They worked hard following their programmes whilst I was away. But, the downtime of not being coached by me certainly kept up their appetite and refreshed their motivation to work with me once I got back.
I’ve picked up work elsewhere with some community projects and academic institutions, along with developing a few projects and courses myself. But, this short article is mainly about me showing you a new facility where I can also be found working…..
I have teamed up with the Sports Karate Federation and I am now available for coaching at the SKF Crawley Cashman’s Martial Arts Centre of Excellence Dojo.
I’m proud to say that I helped design and kit out the strength & conditioning gym at this martial arts facility in Crawley, Sussex based on what tools I feel are best suited for the development of successful fighter. Rather than me go on too much about how I decided what equipment was best for this facility, here’s a video of me doing a very brief and rough tour of this fantastic place. Enjoy!
More to come about my work and availability at the Dojo soon!
All the best,
Joe.
