Where everyone is an athlete…

What I’ve learnt from doing 3,000 push-ups

It might not seem a lot to you

But for me doing 100 push-ups a day for the last 30 days is a pretty big deal

This was the challenge the “I’m an Athlete” members have been working through since the end of November

For me push-ups are tough because I’m not the strongest especially in relation to my bodyweight

(I’ve got a fat ass!)

But as you might’ve seen on my facebook live video earlier (see below)

I learnt a few lessons from doing this challenge

Firstly you can do some form of exercise even when you think you don’t have time whatsoever

…A training session could one exercise if it needs to be

Second, viewers are proffered with the symptoms of complicated and pain-filled menstruation. cialis tadalafil generic pdxcommercial.com purchase cheap levitra The functioning of the reproductive organs is also increased apart from strengthening the nervous system. Common complaints include pronounced tiredness, swelling in the levitra online cheap whole body. https://pdxcommercial.com/category/windermere-blog/page/2/ levitra prescription Among these players, few are having NBA tattoos covering both of their arms. Secondly by shouting out what you’re going to do to a group of people you feel obliged to complete it

…Especially when I really couldn’t be assed to do my push-ups for the days I felt like I had to

And this my friend is why the “I’m an Athlete” training package works so well

The workouts are specific to the individual and their schedule

And because we’re in a group we’re like a family who support one another

But best of all…

This family is always growing because we’re open to new members

Do you fancy seeing what we’re all about?
